So finally my  Brazilian butt lift workout routine is out, hope it helps you guys out,

 I mainly focus on my butt, thighs and stomach since that is where I   gain most of my weight. When I finish with the Brazilian butt lift dvd in 6 weeks ,I’ll have an updated video and photos to show!

I forgot to add one other exercise, the stairmaster, which I do about 10 to 15 mins.
This is my current workout but will change up every 4 weeks to confused the muscles in order for it to keep building. If you follow my Instagram ill keep posting my workout progression 🙂
