So finally my  Brazilian butt lift workout routine is out, hope it helps you guys out,

 I mainly focus on my butt, thighs and stomach since that is where I   gain most of my weight. When I finish with the Brazilian butt lift dvd in 6 weeks ,I’ll have an updated video and photos to show!

I forgot to add one other exercise, the stairmaster, which I do about 10 to 15 mins.
This is my current workout but will change up every 4 weeks to confused the muscles in order for it to keep building. If you follow my Instagram ill keep posting my workout progression 🙂

Geordie Shore’s Charlotte Crosby was back on promotional duties once again on Thursday as she met with Australian fans buying her latest fitness plan.

The reality TV star looked incredibly relaxed, wearing just a simple and loose-fitting denim dress for the meet-and-greet at a Big W department store in Penrith, west of Sydney.

The 25+-year-old also opted to wear minimal make-up to show off her natural beauty and a slightly rosier hue after days soaking up the sun at the beach.

I have been going to Zumba for over a year. I started with Zumba Gold and progressed to Toning, now I do two toning sessions a week and 1 fitness session.

This is a very good high interval training DVD. I have been doing this now for the last 3 weeks and have lost weight alongside eating properly.
I wanted something to lose weight and tone up evenly, I only have another 8lb to lose before I get back to my target weight and know 100% I can do this using this DVD.
The moves are easy to pick up.  All in all I have lost 13lb, I haven’t been to the gym, just done this 4 times a week and kept my eating clean with the odd treat thrown in. After all it’s all about balance.
The 3 Minute Bum Blitz idea, is 3x minutes cardio 3xminutes resistance for 12 rounds. I am still enjoying this and am not feeling fed up of the moves and am actually smashing it more now I know exactly what I’m doing without the tedious conversations you can get in other dvds.
If you want to really focus and are dedicated to getting into shape then this is one for you. I always find 10 minutes to make sure I do the bum added bum section.  Trustybookkeeper
