I have been going to Zumba for over a year. I started with Zumba Gold and progressed to Toning, now I do two toning sessions a week and 1 fitness session.
I would do more if I could but there is a fine balance for me because I have a foot injury that gets worse if I regularly do more. That said, whenever I am on vacation I pick up extra classes because i can manage short bursts of extra classes.
If not for the injury I would seek Zumba results daily, it is my happy place, but instead I swim and do water exercise for 6 hours a week.
