In the beginning it started off great but it declined from there. I discontinued going in March because of poor customer service. All this company cares about is pushing product and program sales. They don’t really care about people losing weight- all they see are dollar signs! Management is very poor as well with no clear direction but orders being dictated. Be prepared to constantly make calls and push sales! Pay isn’t great and 11 hour days become very long.
